In wine-loving France, beer is like the earthworm of the alcohol world. It is underappreciated, undervalued and hard to find. That is until La Cave à Bulles opened. Simon, who is quite charismatic and not worm-like at all, is spreading the word about beers of this country. I am not kidding when I divulge, though I have been traveling to Paris for well over a decade, I have neither heard nor tasted 90% of the beers available here.
