As one of the world’s most visited cities Paris offers a large array of hotel options. However it is important to know which spot is right for you. While some consider these hotels to lack some of the character and charm of smaller Parisian hotels, they have been known to offer consistency and name recognition that comes with having a large company in many locations. Some of these hotels include The Hilton, Sheridan and Best Western and many others throughout the city.

There are also a variety of French chain hotels throughout Paris; these include some smaller boutique style accommodations to large hotels with all the amenities. One of the most well known of these chains is Accor, a larger chain that owns smaller branches like Ibis and Novotel.

Paris Boutique Hotels

There are hundreds of Boutique Hotels throughout Paris and are often family-run and locally run. These small hotels are often 50 rooms or less and the interiors follow are carefully designed theme. While they may not offer the standards of chain and luxury hotels, they are often artistically decorated and blooming with Parisian charm. Many of these hotels have beautiful lobbies and friendly service. Additionally, many of these locations are also popular because they have a family feel and offer a good place to mingle with other travelers.
